Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. You can return your purchase for a refund or exchange, but we may refuse, or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
If any of our product is faulty or incorrectly described, we will happily meet our obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
Return, Refund and Exchange policy.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent Innovators of Style and Recover Your Esteem purchase, we are happy to accept returns on items that are in original condition and packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- Upon receipt, if we determine that the item is worn, use and/or is not in the original condition and packaging, we will issue a refund minus 30% restocking fee.
- If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie or an earring (unless your item arrived damaged or is deemed faulty).
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of postage.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- Refunds usually take 2 – 3 weeks to be received and processed. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.

- If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back and get a full refund.
