Innovators of Style and Recover Your Esteem currently accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express.
When shoppers place an order, the charges are authorized against your card and funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the placed order ships, your card is charged.
Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how the information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.
Personal Checks and PayPal
Innovators of Style and Recover Your Esteem accepts Paypal. For the use of payment by personal e-checks you can use PayPal. Please allow 3-5 for approval.
Debit cards are tied directly to your checking account. You should know that while credit cards put a hold on your line of credit, debit cards put a hold on actual funds/monies in your checking account.
The amount of your order is held on your debit card and the debit card owner does not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3-5 business days and may vary with your financial institution.
Products are invoiced in US dollars at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices displayed on the website and in brochures include Value Added Tax where chargeable which will be applied at the current rate. While we try and ensure all details, descriptions and prices are correct when appearing online, some products might be subject to slight variations. If, however, we discover an error in the price of items you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled as we are not obliged to honor such orders, or you may contact us below, if facing any problem.
International Fee/Customs Fee
Some international countries may be subjected to international or custom fee beyond our control. Innovators of Style and Recover Your Esteem will not be responsible for any fees associated with international and/or customs fees. All fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
All our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
